So hello and welcome to episode 16 of the James Smith podcast.

Now today I'm going to be talking about business and work life balance,

which is I suppose me stepping out of my lane a little bit,

but I was thinking about what would be irrelevant and appropriate

things to talk about.

I'm back in the UK now.

I've just found a studio in London, so I'll be putting out more of these on a weekly basis.

When I see my mum and dad the other day and it's great to be home and see them

and they ask me, they're like, so James, what are you actually doing now?

They know I'm a PT, they've known that for a while.

Last time I came home from living in Bali in Australia,

I gave them a poster from my live events.

And if any of you watch my story, you'll see that that poster's on the fridge,

which was 20, 18 years, about a year and a half ago.

And it was me doing a live tour and they knew I was going around and

talking in all kinds of parts of the UK.

And this time I've managed to come home and tell them I'm about to become a published author.

And even then they're like, so what are you going to be putting in a book?

And it's, yeah, it's kind of crazy and it's got me thinking quite a lot in the last

couple of years, kind of what's happened.

And I thought I'll share some insights with you because I've always said
