Welcome to the Daily Soul podcast.

This message is going to really encourage you to focus on yourself and depend on yourself.

If you haven't figured it out already, life is a challenge.

It's a constant challenge.

It's a constant battle.

You're always dealing with bullshit from either your family or your

friends, co-workers, social stuff, news, politics, just all sorts of nonsense going on in this world.

And you don't have to answer to anyone but yourself. If you know what you're doing, you know why

you're doing it, then your focus, your intent, that's going to play through. So remember, you only have to answer to yourself. You're the one that has to be able to sleep with, sleep with yourself at night, but you're the one that has to lay your head down on your pillow and feel confident and feel happy and feel satisfied with your execution, with what you're putting out there. And when I say putting out there, that could be with business, that could be with creating content, that could be with their family, that could be with friends, doesn't matter. So just reminder that don't depend on anyone. You know, it's no one else's responsibility for you to handle your own shit. So especially when it comes to fitness, but anything else, it's no one else's responsibility but yours to handle your shit.

So if this is any kind of inspiration and refocusing for you, which I hope it is, let that be your beacon for today.
