recording the day after Christmas. I don't know why we decided to do that. Well, I know why, because we were all

busy and traveling. But this is the last episode of 2022, which is crazy. I can't believe that we've been doing this podcast now for

almost three years. Which is confusing for people when we say that. They're like, wait. Yeah.

So that we that we rebranded. Right. When we moved away from Girls Gunwad, our last episode was at the end of

2019. Little did we know. Oh, the shitstorm that was about to happen.

I know. Okay, this is like kind of a review hindsight three years later. And by the way,

I do have a cold. I'm battling. Sorry in advance. I do sound like I'm, you know, congested.

That's what happens when you have a cold. So, sorry, I just thought we have our live chat again

and Stephanie, before we hit record, I was like, we're just, I feel like a hot mess today. I mean,

it's been a heavy two weeks. I'll get to that later, but Stephanie. And so we started and I'm like,

just so you know guys behind the scenes, we have no agenda.

three years later, do you ever think about like any regrets or things that we would have done

different, or like that you wish we would have done differently as far as like the rebrand?

Not like, I don't regret anything.

Like sometimes I feel like we went too wide when we were like, oh, we're tired talking

about CrossFit.
