So today we're talking about how many are called and few step up. All right. So I want to share

this from the perspective of entrepreneurship and leadership. So I think we would all agree

that many people feel that calling, many people feel that

nudge to step into the marketplace and start their own business.

Many people feel the calling into leadership roles.

But I think we would all agree that few will step up.

So why is that?

Well, that's pretty easy to determine.

It's scary, right? It's scary to step out of your

comfort zone and step into leadership. It's definitely scary to step into creating your own

enterprise as an entrepreneur and the risk that's associated with that, right? So there's risk,

and with risk comes fear. And with fear comes many people shrinking back, also known as not

stepping up. So many people will go to the grave. They will literally take their last breath

with many of their ideas, their visions, their business ideas, the things that they wanted to do,

the messages that they had that would impact the world, the podcast they wanted to start, the YouTube channels they wanted to do, the messages that they had that would impact the world, the podcast

they wanted to start, the YouTube channels they wanted to launch, the brand they wanted to

create, the movement that they wanted to start. The list goes on. They will take their last

breath with that still inside of them. And we know this from the parable of the talents.
