I've been suggesting people use

aromatherapy for well over 20 years and it's really making a revival,

you know, it sort of comes and goes comes and goes.

It's an ancient healing science and I hope you'll give it a try.

There's a few cautions and caveats and number one is that if you have any concerns because you have a particular health concern or sensitivity,

just check with your doctor's office. The nursing staff and the physician are probably very well versed on what would work with you and what wouldn't meaning

Whether you should try to use it and the reason is very few people that can't use essential oils, but I can't

know who's listening. And so I want to make sure that you are using your own caution and taking care of yourself in the best way you can.

The people we have big caution about is don't use it with babies, children, pregnant women
