Hello and welcome to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry podcast with me, Kate Lamble.

Today marks four years since the fire.

That means the inquiry isn't sitting, to allow the bereaved survivors and residents time to attend commemorations.

To reflect on this anniversary, I spoke to Antonio Roncalato,

he lived in flat 72 on the 10th floor.

On the night of the fire, he woke up shortly after 1am,

to the sound of sirens and screaming, coming from outside.

Burning debris was falling past his kitchen window.

When he opened his front door to leave, smoke billowed in. He remained trapped in his flat

until 6 a.m. when firefighters reached him and helped him escape. I started by asking Antonio

what the mood was among the bereaved survivors and residents

on this anniversary.

So many years have gone by already.

There is so much to be done.

Above everything else, very important, is that justice is still not being served, basically.

And yes, the inquiry is coming out with the truth.

There's a lot of digging from the QC at the inquiry.

We hear every single day so many different stories.

But the important thing is that justice has not been served yet, four years on.

And this is not something very positive amongst many survivors and amongst the community in general, I would say.
