just barely scratching the surface of Ayurveda.

the day Larissa I have no idea what I'm talking about so we searched high and low for the perfect person to come on the air and educate us on Ayurveda 101. And I know that you're an Ayurvedic practitioner. Am I saying that right, Larissa? That's right. Ayurveda. Okay. So you're a practitioner, an advanced yoga teacher. I know you're a mindfulness teacher. I know you're a lot of things.

teaching yoga for over a dozen years. I direct yoga teacher trainings. My specialties are

pranayama, yogic breathing practices, as well as using yoga to balance the Ayurvedic dosha.
