You had a chat with one of the BACP representatives about a really hot topic, and that's kind of employability, getting a job as a counselor.

Yes, I caught up with Chris Ambler, who's a workforce lead for the BACP, and he talked about

what the organisation we're doing in terms of promoting paid work to organisations and the private

sector.

And it seems, as we tend to do with our podcast, we kind of pull the

curtain back, see the inner workings of organisations. And Chris very ably explores just exactly

the amounts of work that's going on to raise the awareness and mental health and also

counselling within different

organisations, be that in the private or the public sector.
