what I have going on, but it has taken me down and out the last couple of days. But today I was like,

I have got to get up and get moving. And I've had this message on my heart that I have wanted

to share with you for quite a while now. So I'm excited that we're here and that we're doing this.

We are going to unpack how to stop body comparison, comparing your

body to a smaller version of yourself, a past version of yourself, and how to stop comparing

your body to others. It can be such a vicious and toxic cycle to be in its life draining.

Comparison is the life thief, and I want to talk about some of the things that I did

to get out of those, that habitual cycle of comparison. There were times when Facebook would remind me

of a memory five years ago, seven years ago, or ICloud would remind me of a memory. And it would

pop up on my phone a picture from when I was standing on stage when my body,

when I was competing in bikini competitions and my body was the leanest it had ever been.

And the feeling I used to get in those moments was almost soul crushing and the thoughts would

race through my head. What's wrong with you? How could you let yourself go?

Look at what you had accomplished at one point when I lost weight. Look at what you did and look at

where you're at now. How could you let yourself get to this point? So if you get caught in the cycle

of comparing yourself to your past body or your body before you had kids or before you

got into that relationship or you're comparing your body to your sibling or to your friends or to
