0:21.8	a couple weeks in advance. Always pumped to be doing that, like always giving myself a little
0:25.6	pat on the back when I'm a couple weeks prepared for something and not doing things last
0:29.8	minute. So feeling kind of fired up about it. I'm also excited to be here because I have kind of
0:34.9	a funny story to tell you. And I'm sharing this story
0:37.6	because it's indicative of growth and progress and change in my life. And I think it might be
0:43.3	something that some of you can relate to. And I was actually just talking to someone. I was being
0:46.9	interviewed this morning for someone else's podcast. And I was actually talking about infertility.
0:51.8	So this episode will be coming out in September,
0:55.0	the episode I was interviewed for, but I was interviewed for the Beating Infertility Podcast. And I was talking
0:59.5	about my life before, infertility, my life during infertility and my life now, talking about my
1:04.8	life in motherhood and kind of, you know, what I expected versus my reality and all sorts of
1:08.7	different things. But it got me thinking about just how much
1:11.5	growth has happened and how much I've changed. And people who have known me over the last 20 years
1:16.9	have noticed that I'm way less anal than I used to be. And I'm way more fun and I'm way more relaxed.
1:24.6	And I will try new things. I'm more adventurous. I'm just more comfortable in my
1:27.9	own skin. And that has to do with so many different things. I've transformed in so many different
1:32.0	ways. I've pushed myself to grow. Like I'm going to give myself some credit here. I've really,
1:36.1	really pushed myself to grow in uncomfortable ways, especially in the last 10 years. And I'm
1:40.2	extremely proud of that because it's only because I've done that work that I've been able to serve people, especially women on a bigger platform. So I'm really, really proud of that.
