So let me kind of set the stage for you and then we're going to get right into today's content. So when I ask my students and just my social media followers what they want to hear about on my podcast I typically take note of everything you all share and one thing that's come up again and again is that so many of my students and my followers want to know more about how to use bonuses to position their

program or product in a way that they can actually demand higher prices but also get more people into their programs and bonuses are definitely the way that you can do that bonuses help you find your perfect ideal customer avatar and in addition to that bonuses help people jump off the fence if they're not really sure if they're ready to jump into your program or product the bonuses often can send people right into okay I've got to have it.

I mean I can't even tell you how many products I bought because I love the bonuses so I wanted to re broadcast an episode I did a while back because it's a mini training all about creating bonuses now if you think you've already heard this episode I want to encourage you to listen to it again because today right now you are in a different place in your business then you were a while back when I broadcast this episode last year.

But I wanted to give you one piece of insight that I didn't share in this episode that I'm going to air for you again in just a moment I've recently been working on automating my online training programs and it's working really well so I can't wait to share with you all of my learnings around automation.

And once I get everything really locked in you guys know that I like to teach what I know work so give me a little bit more time to test things out and experiment and then I'll share all my automation findings with you but one thing that's working really well whether it be automation or live launching is this idea of creating a full pay bonus.

So here's what we've done for a while now and it has definitely increased the number of people who take me up on my full pay offer so as you all know I do two different offers when I sell a thousand dollar program I have a 12 pay 97 dollars a month for 12 months and then I have a full pay and if you do full pay you actually save a little over a hundred bucks because the 12 pays a little bit more expensive once it all is paid.

And so you already get this benefit of saving a little money with the full pay but we notice that not many people were taking us up on that offer especially for the fact that if you pay the 12 pay you still get my entire program on month one even if you just pay 97 bucks you still get the whole shebang so that was a really attractive offer and still is.

But of course as an entrepreneur we want people to pay full pay it's a lot more work when people are paying month by month by month and so what we've done is we've offered a three month small group live coaching offer to those who take us up on the full pay so what that looks like is every month I get on a go to webinar call where I'm live and my small group of people who paid full pay.

They get to ask me questions but why it's so unique is that it's a really small group compared to my big groups inside my Facebook group so every week I do Q&A inside my Facebook groups but I can't get to everybody's question and it is a lot of people I mean thousands of people and my monthly small group coaching calls it's a really small group at one time there might just be 20 people on at a time so they get my full attention.

And I do it for three months once a month so they really get that intimate connection with me so if they're stuck or they're in a place where they really need some troubleshooting advice or they're just frustrated they really get to work with me in a more intimate setting.

And so we offer this to my full pay members three months no matter when you sign up for the next three months you get to be in this small group setting with me once a month and it has really made a difference we've increased our full pay by at least 10% sometimes even more and that's a big increase in profits when you think about all that money coming in at once and so it's worth me showing up for an hour once a month for this special small group.

Now one thing I want to share with you is we actually don't talk about it extensively on my webinar where I promote the program.

We talk about it just a little sometimes but we let it just kind of stand on its own on the sales page.

So what I wanted to do in the show notes is show you on the sales page how we position it and it's really simple I'm going to show you the sale buttons on my sales page in the show notes.

So you see how we're doing it and you'll see that for the 12 pay everything you get is listed and then one thing is crossed out and it's the three small group coaching calls and then you'll see for the full pay that it's highlighted.

And so it's just a really subtle offer but has made a huge difference so I'm going to show you in the show notes if you go to any porterfield dot com forward slash 157 exactly how we position it on a sales page and just know it's made a huge difference.

Now if you listen to the episode I did with Terry Cole and David Vox it was episode number 150 they use this strategy and they definitely saw a healthy flow of full pays during their promotion so they use this exact strategy I suggested it to them before they launched and they were so happy that they experiment with this and I hope that you will as well.
