| 1:01.8 | And instead of seeing it as negative or instead of that initial feeling of ick, |
| 1:08.1 | leaning into it and just seeing the goodness that came from it because there's always some |
| 1:12.5 | goodness and then just being radically proud of myself and radically supportive because we cannot |
| 1:18.2 | beat ourselves up into change no matter what your new year's resolution is or how you're going |
| 1:23.5 | to approach your new years even though really the new year's doesn't astrologically start until march and april so everyone could be patient and slow down please there is something |
| 1:34.1 | really beautiful to change the way we are by love and compassion not by guilt and fear and driving |

| 1:45.9 | ourselves, right? There's just such a beautiful potential for us to access change from a place |
