and their incredible kicker run treadmill that I used to help me run a personal best at the Valencia marathon for the training that I did. It was amazing to be able to see you training hard on the kicker run too. You're implying I don't normally train hard. Well, just usually we see you leave come back and there's not many ways to verify you've actually done your session. Savage, but I did put in a progressive run where I was just nudging up through the paces. I did a regular easy run. And I also ran in run free mode, which feels exactly like running outside because my position on the treadmill sets the pace rather than the other way around whilst using a GPX file that we'd loaded into the Wahoo Kicka Run, which then mimic the actual ups and downs of that terrain automatically.
