forward to a fresh start in 2019. I know I sure am. 2018 was a huge year. I wrote and submitted

my book, which is due to be released on February 18th, just by the way. My partner, Deck and I moved house,

which was pretty stressful and pretty hectic, but we are really happy where we are now.

We traveled to Europe and the UK and went to Dex's cousin's wedding. I left my office job to

work on my business full time. I completed my certificate in guiding

and teaching meditation and released my first meditation album. It was a pretty emotional year,

lots of great things and lots of challenges, a bit of stress, sometimes a lot of stress,

actually, a bit of frustration, a few tears, a heap of hard work and persistence.

But I think many people usually feel a similar way when reflecting on previous years.

A few good times, a few hard times, different emotions, new changes, and lots of decisions,

both big and small in 2018 I also really

prioritised my mental health and well-being and I'll be doing the same thing in

2019 I wrote a blog post about all the great tools and resources I'll be using
