Let's be honest, what, like, what mom does not have angry days, you know?

There's none.

Just days that you have good reason to be angry or maybe as in your workplace or, you know,

with your spouse, just everything rubs you the wrong way and you just feel mad and you don't

always even know why.

In order to manage anger, you have to practice self-control.

That's called temperament in the vibe.

But if I'm going to look at what the actual primary emotion is, that means I have to look at

myself and that feels far more uncomfortable.

brand new year. So let's clean out some of that junk that gets in there and clogs up those anger pores.

Do you fall down enough that you think about that as a thing that makes you mad?

Yeah, or thing, like, run into a wall or, like, step my toe.

Like, those are the most normal things ever.

When I run into a wall, it makes me really mad.
