we are going to talk about is all of the you time so let's try let's dive into this because it's a lot of

real talk and you might have some revelations today by the way just want to reiterate this to every

single day is five to 10 minutes for you to be able to move forward. If you're skipping

days or you're finding yourself not catching up, commit to going through this whole thing for
