wellness and weight loss Wednesday where we are going to be talking about a new

diet that I'm sure you're going to start to hear more and more about

in the news and that is because in April of this year, just a few weeks ago, we had a, I would say groundbreaking, a groundbreaking new study released, albeit a very small one on just 14 individuals.

So I will put that as a little bit of a caveat in there.

However, the science behind it and the results were fairly extraordinary.

So I have no doubt the study will then be expanded to a much larger group of people, maybe even
