Hello, you guys. Happy Wednesday. Welcome back to another episode. I took a bit of a mental

health break last week. I have been going through just a little something. You know, I'm really trying to

navigate this journey that I'm going through. And that is dealing with my injury and dealing with

winter blues. And I think it's a really interesting time in my life and it's not how i really

imagined 2026 was going to start but i'd rather be real and raw with you guys than almost like

fake that everything's okay and that i'm having this amazing motivation and that i'm having this

amazing routine that I typically have.

And I'd rather be honest and share why I wasn't present last week and why I wasn't feeling motivated to record an episode.

And that's because I was having a very emotional week last week.

I think it was just kind of like one of those weeks where I just got back for my trip

and, you know, I thought there was progress with my back, to be honest. I thought I was seeing

like the light at the end of the tunnel because there were so much progress in Costa Rica where I felt

like my back was like in a really, really good spot. But it's because I wasn't doing like the typical

things that I do like at home,

right? Like one thing that's actually causing the biggest issue with my back is being on a computer

and being on my phone, which obviously plays a huge impact on my job. And so I had to order a

standing desk. I have to now basically take 45 to 60 minute break. So every 45 to 60 minutes,

I need to get off my computer, do some standing stretches for my back, for my posture, until we can

kind of just like rebuild the muscle strength in my back. So the point is, is that I'm having to
