Lockett's multifaceted background stems across several industries, from sports, business, technology, science, and philanthropy. While playing in the NFL, Mr. Lockett sat on several advisory boards, including Israel-based tech company, Mobli and Chabad's Children of Chernobyl, a 501(c)3 founded in response to the devastating nuclear disaster in Chernobyl in 1986. Following Mr. Lockett's NFL career, he became a lead real estate broker at the prestigious Douglas Elliman firm in New York City and Beverly Hills. Lockett's latest venture has led him to start Lockett Consulting, a boutique business consulting firm where as CEO, Lockett and his team meet founders and business owners at the core of purpose and business to solve their most significant business challenges. Outside of sports and business, Lockett has dedicated his life to helping others through charitable causes that he believes in, specifically the organization of the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and several others. Bret is also an advisor for "The Flow Research Collective." The Collective is a research and training organization founded by New York Times best-selling author Steven Kotler to understand the science behind ultimate human performance. The Flow Research collective has trained organizations such as Google, Patagonia, and others.
