Welcome my soul family to the safe and sacred space.

This is a guided meditation to help activate a collective energy healing and also healing

within yourself. Right now is such an important time to ground down and root into love.

As we come together, may you close your eyes and bring your awareness into your breath.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And through your nose, out through your mouth.

And through your nose. Out through your mouth, and through your nose, out through your mouth.

Now I just want you to soften into your chair

or into your bed if you're lying down.

Soften the tension in your body.

The tension in your back.

Tension in your shoulders.

Any tightness in your jaw or your forehead just kind of gently move your jaw around in a circular motion just letting any tension go moving that energy down into your chest and just softening

softening that little tension around your heart, maybe some walls that you've built around

your heart from past pain or trauma.

Moving this energy down, your solar plexus.

Let's take a breath here, breathing into your nose, filling up the lungs.

Exhale.

Just release any tension that you feel in your solar plexes.

Moving into your belly.
