Welcome my soul family to this safe and sacred space.

This is a new moon meditation to help you activate deep healing and illuminate your light.

Right now there is a large feeling of fear and safety within the collective energy field.

You may feel like you are unstable or ungrounded.

This is largely due with the root chakra blockages that you may have.

This unstable grounded energy may have originated from wounding your masculine energy growing up. Maybe you had a toxic father.

Maybe you couldn't trust his masculine energy.

Maybe you didn't feel safe around him.

Maybe he was emotionally unavailable to you.

Because of this, you learn to repress yourself and you don't feel safe right now and you feel unstable you feel

ungrounded your life may feel chaotic as a result to this so I want you to bring your

awareness into your root chakra which is at the base of your spine. So straighten your spine, close your eyes,

and just breathe into your body,

in through your nose,

and out through your mouth,

grounding your feet down into the floor.

And ask yourself,

what do I need to release right now? Is it the fear of being abandoned?

Am I still holding on to shame or guilt?

Why don't you trust masculine energy?

Do you trust your own masculine energy?

I want you to envision that your feminine energy is like a plane in flight.
