Well, hello and welcome to Hello Freedom. I am your host Terry Cole,

and I'm super excited that you decided to hang out with me today.

On today's show, I'm going to be talking

about the power of play and the power of community. I am interviewing two of my friends who are the founders of Soul Camp,

Ali and Michelle.

And this is a little bit of a raucous interview

because Michelle had her baby Reichert on her lap and we did it on

videos so if you want to see it you can go on YouTube and it was super fun.

Every year I have the girls on because as the world changes, so does what happens at Soul Camp.

And this is a really important year for Soul Camp and for any of you who've been thinking

about it, I wanted to give you the

heads up that this is the last year that Soul Camp is going to be as it has

been. It's a sweet, super fun, soul expanding chance to really be a kid again at

camp. And for me personally, I never went to camp, like not like that. You know, we're a sleep away camp.

One of my friends did, my friend Eileen.

And I was so jealous that she was going to sleep away camp and she had like camp friends

who I hated and wanted to kill.
