like you're kind of like a beacon of hope. I feel like for so many teen girls. And so tell us about

Yeah, of course. So I'm Sadie. I'm an 18 year old, almost 19 next month, a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania.

And I took a lot of psychology classes. That's what I want to major in and eventually become a clinical psychologist. But that passion and the

podcast, which is all about T-Mental Health, is really based in my own mental health journey, which was

predominantly my eighth grade freshman year of high school. And I struggled a lot with severe

depression and anxiety and tons of different, tons of different ways that presented, whether it was in my relationships or unhealthy behaviors, feelings of like suicidality, all those different kinds of things.

And things really came to a head halfway through my freshman year.

And I ended up doing a year and a half of intensive treatment
