| 2:02.0 | They're that person. You're just like, damn, you're like a machine. You're just crushing it. That is pitta right there. |
| 2:08.0 | And if you think about the fire, the fire is sharp. It's intense. It's powerful. It's feisty. And that's what pitta is all about. |
| 2:15.0 | So we all have this. We all have pitta inside of us. But it may feel like the dosha that's like the furthest away from you. |
| 2:21.0 | But it's still a part of you and you can still harness it. |
| 2:25.0 | Now people who are very pitta, they are go getters. They're someone who they schedule their day. They fill it up. |
| 2:33.0 | They surprise themselves every day by how much they get done. They're like, damn, I did more than like most people do in a year today. |
| 2:40.0 | Like they are on it. It's that entrepreneurial energy that just go get our ambitious juice. |
