0:57.1	and so to sometimes for me, this is going to sound weird, but sometimes for me,
1:00.8	the the bravest choice and the most courageous choice is to like stay still, is to be small.
1:06.9	If that makes sense, not not cower into my life, but like sit in that moment of how vast and
