So Florida is a great place to live for that because it pretty much rains every single day in Florida somewhere. But today was one of those days that really just, just, just, just, just, it's one of those just, it kind of just, you know, the weather that just kind of zaps you emotionally? Maybe it's the pressure change.

It's really human out there too. Really human outside. I don't know, but I've been actually enjoying it at the same time, but I felt a little funky physically. So I made it like a little bit of a yoga mobility day. So that's for me. I postponed. I don't say postpone. I never really postpone a workout, but I just do what I need to do on the day I need to do it.

And today was not a day for me to absolutely crush and murder a resistance training workout.

Sometimes you push it. Sometimes you suck it up and you just do it. And you know those days, right? You have to do it anyway. It's important to do it anyway and train any way.
