Welcome back to another episode.

This week has been totally chaotic for me.

I am leaving on a trip this weekend and I really wanted to get a podcast episode up but obviously all the last minute

things are being thrown in my face when it comes to work when it comes to house appointments

and just like all in all appointments um prepping for the trip all that so to be fully transparent

I did not have the time to write a script or prepare for a podcast episode this week.

But I'm like, you know what?

I haven't done a sit-down girl chat episode in such a long time.

I just thought I'd be fun to kind of share some updates on where I'm going on this trip.

You know, house updates, my back injury, things that I'm doing to kind of prepare myself for pregnancy,

all that. So this is very much just kind of like a personal episode, but I always love to do

episodes like this, the odd time. That way we can kind of build a personal connection and you

guys can kind of get a bit of a life update of what's been going on currently in my life.

Okay, firstly, let's talk about this trip because I'm

leaving this weekend to go to Costa Rica, which I am so beyond excited for. If you've been to

Costa Rica, please send me your wrecks. I would love your recommendations, but I've never been.

And I'm very, very excited. I feel like usually around this time of the year, I'm always

itching for a trip. I'm always wanting to get away. And January is obviously the longest month

...
