Coming from you from a good ways outside,

Little Rock, on the 30 East Interstate, headed back home, a return trip from a weekend of fun,

filled racing and excitement, and then back to work with our first triathlon camp of the season.

Kicking off on Wednesday night.

And basically, man, I think once this weekend happen, we popped the cork in the season of triathlon party.

We'll just continue until November, December of this year.

Yeah, it's going. It's time to go.

And we thought today, I mean, today, this weekend was a great experiment.

Of course, we were down at Iron Man 70.3, Texas.

And I was spectating. I was shooting video. I was meeting people, all these sorts of things. Coach Robbie was racing. And today, we are going to give a recap of the race,

but we're going to kind of look at the course and the conditions and all that sort of stuff.

Talk about the pros on site.

We're going to talk about it as a spectator race and how my experience went.
