Summary

Why do I feel less than?

On The HEAL BLOG this week don't miss My Mother Had Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Christina grew up in a good family. They loved each other and she was cared for. But as the middle child, Christina never felt good enough. Her older sister was the golden child and her brother was the exceptional younger child. Her siblings seemed to excel at life and yet nobody placed any expectation on Christina who was struggling with undiagnosed ADHD. Christina's family were deep into the church and believed following all the rules made them good people. Meanwhile Christina felt like a prisoner inside her own head. Even her thoughts felt unsafe in a religious environment where there were rules around what you were allowed to think. There are so many reasons we feel less than and this story shares how Christina overcame hers. Christina is a Certified Life and Energy Coach, Specializing in Self Relationship. You can find Christina's website HERE and she is on instagram HERE
