Phantom breastacys. Is it when it looks like you're pregnant, but you're not?

Kind of, yeah. We're talking about hysterical pregnancies. That's the only time. Oh, what do you mean hysterical? That's sexist and outdated.

So, why would I do that?

Pregnancy is an incredible thing. The way that the human body can change so quickly in order to create, grow, and birth another human.

What is possibly more incredible is when the body just decides to be pregnant without being pregnant.

So hysterical pregnancies or false pregnancies, phantom pregnancies, pseudo pregnancies, or psioces are cases where

someone presents with a physiological symptom of pregnancy, but without a fetus being there.
