You can't take it with you. That is Reckoner from the 2007 Radio Head Album in Rainbows. We talked about this album a lot, a revolutionary approach to distributing

the album on the band's website last year, and there has been a reckoning, a final accounting

of how much the band made out of that experiment.

As you recall, in October of 2007, it made the record available on its website

for any price the fans chose to pay for it.

When fans clicked on the price, what came came up was it's up to you.

You can pay nothing, you can pay a few bucks, you can pay a few pennies or you can pay $10, $15, $100.

It was the public radio model. You can listen for free or you can pledge if you think

this is a worth. The majority of fans actually downloaded the album for free, but still those
