1:26.8	Entertainment consultants, just conducted a massive survey of
1:31.3	download activity in the UK and other European countries and it found that
1:37.0	61% of illegal downloaders said they believed they were being monitored by their
1:41.7	internet service provider and 72% said
1:45.0	they would stop downloading music if they got one of those scary warning letters
1:48.9	from their ISP basically saying we're going to cut off your internet service if you don't stop downloading.
