Summary
Flexibility In All You Do
Are we too rigid in how we think and act when it comes to achieving our goals?
For that matter, are we also too rigid in our attempts to let go of our issues?Â
Time and time again when I coach people, there seem to be common elements that are getting in way of their success. In the below video, I address six of those common elements and how we can develop a new mindset, that gives us the edge in achieving the goals we are aiming for.

| 0:00.0 | Hi guys Joseph here today I'd like to tell you about how you can be more flexible in achieving your goals. |
| 0:20.0 | You see many people give up at the first hurdle. |
| 0:23.6 | In fact many people give up because they have an unwillingness to adapt to their environment |
| 0:29.6 | to change their environment or change how they act and react in their environment. |
| 0:34.6 | Now the first thing we need to understand is this. The person with the most |
| 0:40.3 | flexibility in their environment will begin to achieve the desires that they want. Now what do I mean by that? |
| 0:48.3 | Well if we have someone who's very rigid in terms of going for their goal that maybe they just do the exact same behavior |
| 0:57.0 | continuously and they keep getting the same result of a no then they're never going to get to |
| 1:03.3 | where they want to be in fact don't they say that the definition of madness is doing the exact same |
| 1:09.9 | thing over and over again and expecting a |
| 1:12.3 | different result. So ultimately we've got to think that, okay, I have to be flexible in my |
| 1:19.9 | environment. I've got to adjust myself to be able to evolve ultimately. And when we think about |
| 1:27.0 | that, the reason why we're here today is because we've managed to evolve in our environment |
| 1:32.3 | all the way back in the past generations, all before us, they had to adapt and we're adapting right now, |
| 1:39.3 | but I want you to evolve on a conscious level and an unconscious level where you become more flexible in how you think, how you behave. |
| 1:50.0 | So once again, the person with the most flexibility will begin to achieve what they want no matter what the environment. |
| 2:00.0 | If it's about a financial economy |
| 2:02.4 | which isn't what's getting better but it's not that good, people are still adapting to that |
| 2:06.7 | and you could say winning and being successful in that. Some people could have had many bad |
| 2:12.9 | relationships but they can turn things around and become more flexible in their behaviour |
| 2:17.4 | to choose the right person. |
| 2:19.3 | So it's really about not the outside world around us. |
