joys and for her success. I always love a good convo with a fellow fitness professional for sure,

and I was especially excited to talk to Charmaine about her personal journey with dieting and

weight loss. As it turns out, we had a lot of similarities, a lot of parallels, and we both were

raised by moms who did a lot of dieting. We were both exposed to

dieting at a very young age and actually started our own diets at very young ages. And let's be

honest, when you are a little girl dieting before the age of like before you've hit puberty,

it can kind of mess with you for like a lifetime.

It gives you some self-image issues, and Charmaine and I both definitely fall into that camp.
