Finally, another book club, we read Life of the Party this time.

I haven't read this book since it was published in 2014,

and I had forgotten almost all of it.

And I mean, it was kind of interesting to reread it.

And I was really nervous for Kirsten and Kathy

to reread it because, you know,

a lot of it's about Bert in his younger years before he

knew me and he's just a big goofy bro and he's got a lot of bro stories that aren't

super politically correct.

I'm not sure the demographic of this book is definitely not a 50 year old woman housewife, mother.

Probably if you have a college student they are would like this book anybody who's a fan of Bert would like this book to see kind of some of his origin stories I guess but it was fun to read and it was fun to talk about with Kathy and Kirsten.

We always have a good time.

So this author reached out to me and asked if we would read her book

on my podcast.

And I said, sure.

And it is called The Feel Good effect by Robin Conley Downs the

feel good effect reclaim your wellness by finding small shifts that create big

change I am super interested in reading this book. This is right up my alley. So I couldn't

remember the name of the book at the end of the episode, but this is the name of the book. So read it.
