We're all very similar and I just think it's really fascinating that I know two other women who were

raised either entirely or predominantly by their dad

Surrounded by men, think very similarly.

That cannot be a coincidence.

It has to be nurture, right?

Partly at least.

And I don't know, I just thought it would be a really good conversation to have with

Kathy because I just find it fascinating I you know at the older I get and I think this is the way it should go for most people, the older you get, the more

impressed with yourself you should be.

And I don't mean that from an egotistical way.

I mean that from an egotistical way, I mean that from an accomplishment place, right?

For what you've achieved as a human being, you should be more and more impressed with

yourself and proud of yourself.

And I sincerely do not mean that egotistically.

I mean, if you're a nurse and you've been in nursing for 20 years

and you've seen just about everything,

you should be pretty impressed with yourself because I would be really

impressed with you. So to be able to be impressed with yourself the way you would be

impressed with a peer is a very powerful thing and I keep going to

having these conversations and this podcast I go I'm pretty impressed with myself I'm pretty impressed that I grew up the way I grew up and

became this person and can articulate things the way I do because I didn't really expect

to be here. I didn't really expect to be here. So it makes me feel proud and humble and
