I think that a lot of our fear about sexuality and our body comes from a lack of knowledge.

But I think the more you know surrounding a subject, the more you can have like a grasp on what's actually happening with your body.

still hot outside. And it's one of my

highlight Detroit episodes because Zoe Ligon founder of Spectrum boutique which is a sex positive

shop based here in Detroit she is also a visual artist she does a lot of really cool

collage art and she is a sex educator and a sex writer. She

writes for Refinery 29, which I think is how I originally found her work. Or actually, I think I

met her in person at one of the shows she was doing. My roommate also had a booth at the event. It was like a Valentine's

Day artist market with a lot of cool local artists. And my roommate is one of them. And Zoe was there

and she was so nice. And I met her and started following her on Instagram and we just became Instagram friends. And then next thing

I know, I was at her house interviewing her for the podcast. And now you're about to listen to that.

So I'm trying to keep this intro short because it's a very long episode. And I'm kind of sleepy
