Okay you too. So it's lovely to see you. I've missed you. It's been the longest break from the

podcast. Well, Tom, thank you. Thank you. You did an amazing job. I have to say I listened to Clay

last week and I was deeply concerned for my own job security. But I've been out with Covid for

the last couple of weeks. But I'm back and I'm feeling better with enormous empathy for

everyone who's struggling with it. It's not a fun disease. But there's been something

rather interesting and significant has happened. Things have changed whilst you've been away.

We're going to come on to some serious matters. But perhaps the most serious matter is that

we no longer have Cristiano on the podcast unfortunately. She's been elevated out of our

stratosphere. We now have that Dame Cristiano for Geras OBE. And yeah, I mean, actually,

excuse me, DBE. DBE was the British Empire. I mean, your DBE and OBE. I mean, there's so many,

let's all about the British Empire. You're basically, you've left Costa Rica. You're now

working for the British Empire. The question is, who knew that the British Empire still existed?

It stretches from land then to the top of wherever it is. No, look, seriously, in all

seriousness, I would imagine you would be comfortable with us still calling you Cristiano,

would that be all right? Does it have to be Dame Cristiano? Well, as long as you don't do,

you know, change the Dame for the Dam, which some people are doing, okay?
