Well, it's been a week of protest and anger across the Western world,

which resulted in the intriguing side of the statue of former Bristol slave trader,

Edward Costum being dragged from its plinth and throne into the docks.

But what relevance to the Second World War?

Well, there's also been graffiti dourbed on the statue of Winston Churchill in London,

accusing of being a racist.

Now, it's not like this podcast to talk about what's happened yesterday.

We're much more interested in the events of 70, 80 years ago, 80, 80 years, whatever.

But this is relevant, of course, because we talk about Churchill often in this podcast.
