Summary
I will be sharing my six-month Ayahuasca update with you guys! I thought this series was over, but here we are officially on episode five. I highly recommend you guys listen to episodes 116, 120, 121, and 122 first for context. In episode 161 I share why I did Rythmia. In 120 and 121, I recap what I could remember at the time from ceremonies 1, 2, 3, and 4, and episode 122 outlines the lessons I learned and will be taking with me in my everyday life. Rhythmia was the most TRANSFORMATIONAL time for me, it was truly LIFE CHANGING. I am excited to share with you my six-month update.
