Welcome to a Meathead Hippie podcast. I have so much to share. This is a excellent podcast with

Gabby, who I met from an event in Texas, not that long ago, but instantly connected with.

We're going to talk about so many concepts of farming practices and the cycles of life and death

and her amazing upbringing of transcendental meditation in Fairfield, Iowa, some Vedic concepts

and beautiful gems of knowledge and my favorite new hack of sweet potatoes on the go,

which is so perfect because right now I have two sweet potatoes that are cooked and baked

and ready for my road trip ahead because I am in a van.

The van, the Meathead Hippie Mobile has officially been named, but I will let this podcast ride

out the wave. This first podcast, like for real, this is the first podcast of recording in the van.

And I had a couple podcasts that I just launched with Kimberly and Kaylee from Columbia, who are restaurant business

badasses with Ethan, who is a Kratum, Kratom advocate and teacher and healer.

But I was still searching for my van while I was podcasting them.

It just was the Aries full moon,

so I was ready to go. And it was a few days before I went up to Iowa to get this van. And then coming back from northern Iowa, almost Minneapolis, basically where Winnebago was created years and years ago, I was going through Fairfield,

Iowa. So I stopped to meet Gobby and she became the first farm podcast guest in the Meathead

Hippie Mobile. And there's going to be lots of meathead hippie things in this podcast still.

So it won't just be about farms.

And actually, my next podcast will talk more in depth about some of the things that I'm doing with farms. But I just can't get over the synchronicities and the magic and just the ability to be this free.

Not just free as in. That's the only thing I care about in this lifetime, truly, but to really have this mobile freedom as well has just been better than I could ever expect.

So right now I am on my way to Virginia Beach, and I just posted a blog on Emilystrom.com. If you want to get like the
