0:41.2	director, this has been something for me. I've been in the role for maybe a month. Maybe it seems
0:47.3	like probably longer. But it's, it's a lot of fun. it's a lot of challenges it's well you were the assistant
0:56.4	to the IT director to the assistant to the IT director prior so I mean you must have had some insight
1:01.8	into this this is true this is true but now now I get to hold the all the responsibility and
1:07.1	the pressure of that is of course interesting I guess it's good quick we haven't talked about we haven't talked about the pressure of that is of course interesting, I guess.
1:14.9	We haven't talked about, I haven't talked about the pressure too much on,
1:16.1	actually, no, I have a little bit.
1:18.7	Every now and then I have someone,
1:21.6	we don't usually talk about it on the show.
1:25.8	It's usually after the show, and we've been talking and like, hey, why did you have like, you know, what were you doing during this time?
1:30.3	You say, to be honest with you, I had to take a couple months off because I had a complete mental breakdown because I didn't know how to shut work off, which in the pressure.
1:40.7	And people expect things to kind of work all the time in IT
1:46.6	and don't necessarily always understand
