Okay, I want you to imagine a bowl, like a giant kitchen mixing bowl.

0:10.2

And now I want you to imagine that you put the bowl in the sink below the faucet and you turn it on.

0:16.7

So now there's water gushing out of the faucet, quickly filling the bowl.

0:23.5

And now, stick with me here.

0:24.9

0:31.9

responsibility of your life.

1:40.3

And we're not talking about the absence of a container,

1:47.0

but we're talking about these dozens and dozens of small little ways that the stress and the anxiety and the worry and the responsibility has a way out and through. And now I want you to

1:54.5

think about those small holes as self-care or as small mini habits and wellness routines that you create throughout the day.

2:04.3

And by creating these habits and these routines and sprinkling them throughout the day,

2:10.4

you are able to create a life in which the stress and responsibility and anxiety and worry has a way out and through
