about one of my favorite subjects which is sleep I'm laughing because anybody who knows me knows that I go to bed super early. I take my sleep very seriously and it's something that I really kind of honed in on in the past year. I mean ever

since I got sober I stopped going to bed really late and try to practice really good

sleep hygiene but in the past year it just became more important than ever for me to make sure that I'm not only getting enough sleep but getting quality sleep because for me it really is the foundation upon which the entire

rest of my well-being is built. If I am sleep deprived my appetite is all over the place my energy is all over the place my mood is all over the place it's hard for me to concentrate you know hormones can get thrown off all these different things.

And so for me, like, I even think my nighttime routine

because if I wake up and I only got six hours of sleep or poor quality. I already feel like
