Hello, Midnight Air listeners, I'm coming to you from Punta Kana in the Dominican Republic.

Sorry that this episode is a day late. Although, you know, I sort of feel like we've gotten into a routine where if it's not out on Monday, you know it's going to be out on Tuesday.

And I'm sure if you are falling asleep to this, you were already asleep when it dropped on Monday night anyway.

So maybe you're a Tuesday listener and this doesn't change anything for you.

Speaking of changes, like I said, I'm in Punta Kana and I have no idea. I can't hear my own

playback. So I hope this is recording and I'm sorry for how echoy it is i am not

going to try and whisper but i won't try and project like that because i'm like up against a wall

where there's like this rug tapestry in this bungalow that I'm staying in on this resort

and I'm trying to minimize the noise as much as possible. The only other option would be if I

drape myself in like a beach towel and I'm going to do that later when I'm drunk.

So why repeat? Why repeat myself?

corporate gig doing shows they are uh it's like some sort of reward thing for this company that

they do and uh they invite like people from all over the, and they're having me do a series of

nightly shows for different audiences each night, thank God. And I'm just trying to make people

laugh in a place where they are mainly just drunken outside, which is exactly what I would

be doing. But the shows have gone great. People seem to have a really good time and I've mixed it up with stuff from

various albums that I put out before and a whole bunch of new stuff as well. So I'm really

enjoying doing it. And if you ever get the chance to go to an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic,

I'm going to tell you right now that I highly recommend it. I think that that is a great thing to do.
