Basically what we're going to talk about is this when it comes to business and its impact on culture and society in general, we think smaller is better.

That's right.

Yeah, we were just talking about this.

How big is too big?

There's so much out there where people are talking about grow or die and the mentality is always

hyper growth is that always the best thing right and I have to say that Cody every

time I hear a story about a merger and acquisition where two medium-sized companies are becoming a bigger

one, I get kind of sad.

And I think I get sad because I know that ultimately that's going to come at a human cost

for society.

I know that the economy for public companies that need capital

means that a lot of companies have to grow.

But generally speaking, when a company can stay relatively small, I think it's better for most people,

for customers, for employees, for the people to lead it

and so that's what we're going to talk about today. Great dive in tell me exactly why you

think this I mean you're the one that brought this topic to me and kind of laid out the

groundwork for me why do you think that

smaller companies are better? Okay I think that working at a smaller

company is better and we're talking about employees here and about society in

general. I think when you work at a relatively small company,
