I was in a blur of busyness since I was young, which was accelerated when I became a mom. I'm ashamed to say

that at some stages I wished I would get ill so at least it would give me a break from the

at the time, but of course I did. I took to reading your book every six months as I believe essentialism is a muscle that needs working out.
