Well, you see, I was thinking about introducing you

as my privileged co-host, but that's not really positive.

And so I was trying to work in privilege

because guess what, Brett, we're talking about privilege today. We sure

are and this is another one as we like to say you guys are gonna get tired of

us talking about this all the time this is one of those that you guys suggested that you were

interested in hearing about. We've sort of danced around it a little bit in the last couple

episodes and it really led some people to ask some questions about why do we have these privileges

what's the point you know why is it that in the case of Lizzie Borden it's 120 years

later and the law firm is still to this day claiming that they have a privilege.

How does that work and what about other privileges beyond just the attorney client privilege?

So we wanted to talk about some of that stuff with you guys because it really

actually is a fascinating part of the law. Absolutely Brett especially because there are actually very

limited number of privileges and also very limited circumstances in which they apply.
