Hello, this is Paul McKenna, and welcome to the positivity podcast.

My objective is to interview the most interesting people in the world,

and in the next 30 minutes, get insights and even discover how it is that they do what they do,

mindset, and certainly what keeps them positive. My guest today is a hugely successful

entrepreneur and self-made businesswoman, politician, television personality, newspaper columnist,

author and novelist. She's also known as the First Lady of Football.

I love the things I do.

They say that nothing is work unless you'd rather be doing something else.

Core values are the things that make you who you are, make you make decisions the way you

make them.

Running a business is about, you know, telling people your

vision. You know, leadership should never be confused with management. Management is about setting out

a series of tasks and managing people to deliver them. Leadership is about vision. I've sort of lived my life

by some advice my grandmother gave me.

And she's to say to me from a very early age that you must never look down on people unless you're helping them up. Hello, Karen.
