Welcome to a new week of dunk time looking forward to starting to bring you guys some of the trade deadline stuff, but we need to do a west 15 and 60 Twitter mailbag.

And quick note on the numbers. We're recording this during the day on Sunday. So Sunday's games will not necessarily be complete by the time we're doing this in fact.

I don't think any of their games are complete, but most of the numbers should be pretty close to accurate. And in that vein, let us start with the Dallas Mavericks.

24 and 15 bit of a wall five and five in their last 10, but still the fourth best net rating in the NBA.

First in offense, one 16.0 that is still fantastic. 17th on defense, projecting for 51 wins. That's just the sixth seed they will be making the playoffs.

However, a couple of notes on them real quick.

Christavs, poor thing is we got a little more clarity on his injury with Tim McMahon. He if you recall the history here was a late scratch on December 31st.

He wasn't listed in the entry report before then, but he said that he overextended it in their loss to the Lakers on December 29th.

And he said his right knee didn't feel right on the 31st. He's pulled from the starting lineup.

And we have yet to see him since then it did not play over the weekend as well. I think they've really missed him.

Do you agree with that? I do. Yeah. And it, you know, with teams, especially as they're kind of in this early stage of building any

any player you're missing can be incredibly important because remember all the cascading effects it has in a team's rotation.

Yeah, I thought particularly against Denver, porzingus was really the guy who killed them in that Dallas victory in Denver.

And without him, Denver did a pretty decent job of slowing down.

Luca, it seemed like and of course, Yoke, it's a bludgeon to them into 37 points, including the game winner.

So Luca dongeg for MVP, Luca 77 for MVP.

Who do you think the missing piece is for Dallas? He says he'd like to see Bogdan, Bogdanovic and Al Horthard.

And remember the maps were discussed as a potential Horthard landing zone, but that of course never materialized.

Yeah, who is the missing piece? I mean, I guess we this is a topic that's come up pretty frequently.

But to me, they need to really be a championship contender.

They need at least one more possibly two more good defensive wings who can shoot and they probably need one other guy who can create a little bit as well.
